Hi there, @genericuser1

First of all, I just want to thank you for sharing with us and posting in this thread! It's not alwyas asy to do that, so I am proud of you for reaching out for help! You mentionned that you are currently feeling overwhelmed...is this because of the exercising or are there other things that are also contributing to this feeling of being overwhelmed?

Relapse is hard, but we are always here to support you. It's important to remember that despite our struggles and even when we do make mistakes, that does not erase the progress that we made up until that point. I know that doesn't make it any easier now, but it's okay to struggle.

We are always here to support you at 7 Cups! heart

@genericuser1 You can always message me, if you feel urges to binge. Or if you need a kick in the butt, to get out and workout. We can message on what's app if you wanna. I almost never binge anymore, thanks to my ED-group heart
