New to this but my e.d has lived with me for years

I don’t talk about my e.d, i’m sure i’m not alone.. However, there’s nobody i could ever relate to in that way in my real life, and as much as i wouldn’t wish this on someone. It gets so lonely when you have nobody around that can’t understand how you feel. Some family and friends know about my e.d, but they will never get it, they don’t see or feel what i do. At the same time, never would i want to burden them with the sadness of it all. I guess it’d just be nice to find some friends in a similar situation.
