Struggling

It's so hard to resist the urges to binge and I don't know what to do. My mom keeps mentioning my weight and telling me to work out. My self esteem is tanking. I'm losing hope. I cant get therapy and i have no one to turn to. I dont trust my mother, my father wouldn't understand, my friends wouldnt be able to help. I feel like im at such a loss. I've even considered vomiting to 'cleanse myself' but I know that'd just make things worse. Any and all advice is welcome.

for starters have you started to keep a calorie count of how much you are consuming and how much you have consumed , then choose foods that fill your belly for longer periods of time , if your mom cannot help , prepare your own food , avoid fried items and whatever you wish to eat , eat with a dairy product will help you fill up longer without hunger pangs , also try to do excercise at 3-4 times a week

No amount of excersise or calorie counting will help this is not a physical battle but a mental one have you considered trying to talk to your mum she loves you despite her ignorance she needs to see the damage she has done.

If you feel like you can't do that what about school? There is different peers put in place in the education system to help young people with these battles and they can be kept private too so you don't have to suffer in silence
