The quarantinr struggle

I dont think Ive had a harder time with my eating disorder than quarantine. Because of the eating episodes varying in frequency, my weight has yoyo'd constantly every couple months since high school. Now, Ive been straight gaining since April and I hate it. The binges havent had much of a break. I would normally talk to my therapist, but now I cant afford health insurance since I lost my job to covid.
I hate to be triggering. But is anyone else out there on the downslope of recovering, and just wanting SO BADLY for some 'light' at the end of the tunnel that things will turn around..

Hello @wanderingjewel

Thank you so much for sharing! It takes a lot of courage to open up!

I'm sorry about what you're going through. The recovery process is a very rough one, I agree. But please try not to lose hope, try keeping faith in yourself, and maybe consider looking at the big picture, in which you have a very healthy relationship with food!

Please feel free to reach out to a listener for further support, thanks! <3
