My boyfriend of 3 years and I broke up two days ago. I am scared since I will be home alone and no one around me I might binge. So far I have been able to be binge free. but now i got this overwhelming hurt, and fear. My whole life is now gonna have to change. I don't want to go back to bingeing. I was doing well with recovery. Bur I cant help bur want to stuff my feelings down with food. I dont know what to do.

@BridgeyBear93 It's very reasonable to feel overwhelmed and sad after a break up. Food is an unhealthy coping mechanism when it's beyond your control. We are here for you to support you. Everytime you feel that need you can always reach out to a listener. Think of all the progress you've made so far dear. Try to be strong and think that better days are coming. Also seeking the support of your friends and family can be very beneficial for you when you're going through a break up. Everything will fall into place eventually and whatever is to be, will be. Stay strong! Thank you for sharing your story with us!
