Bulimia Method Question

Hi! I am aware of this. This response is probably not what you want  to hear, but definately is something you should hear.

!TW! I am not trying to scare you by saying this, but I would just like to provide you with some facts about this method, as this is the only information I feel anyone should look for regarding this method. It can cause serious, life threatening harm, including damage to the esophagus, internal bleeding, infection, electrolyte imbalances, and even cardiac arrest. (genuinely, not worth it. your health is precious).

I can imagine you may already be deep in your struggle with purging, and if that’s the case, I’m truly sorry you’re going through this. I won’t list all the damage it can cause, because you probably already know (so i wont bore you 🥹). What matters more is that it’s never too late to reach out and start turning things around. With the right support and care, recovery is absolutely possible. You don’t have to keep living this way or carrying this alone. I know it’s much deeper than me simply suggesting you stop, and I don’t want to minimize what you’re feeling. But this is not something you should look into or try to manage on your own.

I dont want to sound rude or any bad means but it is not a healthy habit i should know ive deallt with it it can cause elots of health problems that can veary between  person to person and can be server to someone more than the other but overall i don't wish this on anyone orto even try it
