Don't see it as a huge issue

Since last year, I lost weight and now I'm kind always watching what I eat etc so I don't put on weight again. I could never be too thin though it's impossible for me as I love food too much. Sometimes I have days where I can't stop myself from having chocolate etc, my issue issue when I get like this one bit isn't enough for me... So sometimes when I feel I've went overboard I make myself sick. I don't do this all the time though only when I lose control or if Ive not had alot or exercise in that week... They say online bulimia is only serious if you do twice or more in a week ... I'd say I'm once a week sometimes or some weeks I don't at all... It's more phases I go through. But I've been like this since march last year... I don't see it as a massive issue as it's not constant and o don't plan to binge or anything. Am I right in saying this? Or am I being mad 🤦🏼‍♀️😫

@proactiveCherry6070 No matter what purging is a problem. You destroy your teeth that way. But again, I am already destroying my teeth, not by choice though, bc I have too much stomach accid, and throw up often after eating. Not bc I want to, but bc I can't help it. After medication I am only throwing up a few times a month, but I can see my teeth isn't feeling well.

I can recommend that you don't brush your teeth right after throwing up, bc that will make it even worse. Just rinse with water a couple of times, and let an hour go by and THEN brush your teeth. But yeah, I can't see how it's a big problem, if you do it once a week. The problem is not the purging: it's why you do it. Why you purge and that you make yourself do it.
