Hi I am new to the group.

I struggled on the past with boulimia. For years I was Oke and comfortable with food. But the last weeks I have a major set back. Are there any other people who had a set back (even after years) and what did you do?

Hello! I suffered from anorexia. Well... what to do in setback times? Sometimes work with therapist on phobias helps a lot. And love helps too. Friends, family, bf/gf... You are strong and brave! 🐱 You will cope with all difficulties! I believe in it ☀️

Hey love, I’ve been there and I know how hard it is. In the process of recovering, I’ve had many many relapses as well. It’s a hard process to get out of once you’re sucked into the cycle. It takes willpower, it takes the change in mindset to start off that change love. Meal planning, excersising, meditating, were some of the things that helped me! However, the healing process varies for everyone love, it can take weeks, months, perhaps years to fully heal and not relapse but that’s what we have to sacrifice to see the end result! I wish you all the best love! And remember that you can always always reach out to listeners to seek support, we are all more than glad to assist you in your journey love🤍 take care🌷

Yes, I experienced that few times actually. I was mad at myself for letting it happen, but when I found what triggered it, it became easier to control it. I suggest to start a therapy and some self-care exercises. If you want to talk, I am happy to listen.
