Hello in order to purge you don't have to binge eat. It is one of those things that are always linked together when it isn't always the case. I am sorry that you feel the need to purge and you are so strong for going through this. I understand the confusion as many link purging and binging together and I hope you know that they don't have to be a matching pair. Keep fighting on<3
