Relapse and mindset change

Hello,

After the second lockdown I relapsed badly with bulimia, and that had gotten in the way of student life (relationships and exam sucesso) because of the mental exhaustion. During summer/autumn I was recovering slowly,but now after the holidays it's has gotten worse again.🌧️

I'm in my finals season now and so stressed about my exams,and I'm always uncomfortable with disgestive issues that make me unable to sleep, because of my relapses, that have gotten pretty badly this past few days.

Today I woke up and had a wake up call to what I was doing. After goings to the toilet I saw blood in the water, and felt nauseaus and dizzy- had to lay down before having breakfast. And I'm scared because my parents see my mental health as a joke and will probably scold me if I tell them.

I have an exam in 2 days and I'm feeling like crap. I'm so tired of this.

@bianc4

Hi! How did your exam go? It sounds like your parents aren't helpful and supportive with mental health things. Do you have other people who could support you? School counsellor, community counsellors or other services?
