I've had bulimia for so long now it's kind of a lifestyle. Whenever I eat, I regurgitate what I've eaten. I've gone to some doctors afraid it was GERD, but they said I was fine. The problem is a just feel like I can't control the regurgitation. It just happens like a sort of psychologically induced illness. Does anyone else feel like this?

You are 100% not alone. Ive struggled for so long with bulimia that I can remember when it started. But one day at a time, one meal at a time. The endorphin rush is so addicting I actually think I feel better after I purge. But...I literally have to remind myself how much, energy, how happy I am when I dont. It feels like I live in a fog when after I pruge. The fog can lift. You've got support here!

It could also be your body is so used to it that the reflexes are messed up. You can get acid reflux and acid issues from regular vomiting. I know I've messed my body up some from it
