Hey recently I have been doing sm better but the last 2 days I have been purging a lot. I feel rly bad about myself rn, I am at a family dinner and after I ate I lied 2 my family and said someone was calling me just so I could leave the room and purge.

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through such a hard time right now. Having to lie to family is kinda not ideal but I understand why you would. You're really strong tho. You got this. It may not seem like there is any hope but their is. I promise
