Often people consider ONLY restrictive behavior towards food as Anorexia. Do you think only restrictive behavior towards food is categorized as Anorexia or there are other types of Anorexia as well?

I think the main thing is everyone's ED is different. They do it because of different reasons and have different behaviors. Some people with anorexia cycle between the two types and cycle with behaviors. Or you can just be one type. My therapist tells me the labels aren't super important. She says its about changing thinking and behavior. So you have to figure out your own thought patterns and behaviors that aren't healthy and work on making those healthy again.
