Are you afraid to loose the one you love?

I think what sometimes stops me from fully progressing in my treatment and recovery is being scared of loosing the one person in my life who truly loves and supports me. Are anyone of you afraid to loose your bf/gf if you gain weight? I know they love us for our personality but how do you remind yourself its not about your appearance?

I try to think that a true love shouldn't be fixed to the outer appearance (sexy, Thin, lean etc.) If being no longer beautiful makes someone you love go. Then... Let it go, can't hold him anymore
