It's completely natural to feel anxious about it. But hey, remember that this is a fresh start, a new chapter in your journey towards better health. Sometimes finding the right treatment can be a bit of trial and error, but don't let that discourage you. Each experience gives you valuable insights and brings you one step closer to discovering what works best for you. You're taking proactive steps towards managing your condition, and that's truly commendable.

@Georginahowe I just wanted to tell you that being anxious in these situations can feel very overwhelming but is completely normal. I'm proud of facing your discomforts and taking the steps to get better. It can seem impossible at times and sometimes you can only put one foot in front of the other. Wishing you all the best.
