Im in year 11 so Im sitting my GCSEs next year and when I study I get bored so I eat, also even after I have had a full meal I still eat even though I don't even know if Im hungry its normally bread and sweet things then after I feel so fat and regret that I ate those things and I don't really have time to exercise anymore because Im so busy now its unreal, I do try to at least 2/3 times a week normally but when theres MOCK week I dont have time.

Even if I do try and stop eating and eat healthily it ends up only being for like 2 weeks and then I binge on junk food at the first reasonable opportunity I get and I try to stop myself but I do it anyway and the cycle repeats itself. Also I feel shit in everything I wear and get really upset because I know this is my own fault and I see some girls in my year I know and random ones on instagram my age (15/16) with perfect bodies dealing with the same GCSEs and Yr 11, I feel like its just me and theres something wrong with me. I am honestly disgusted with what I see in the mirror.

NOTE: I am not overweight/fat I am a 'healthy weight' apparently,

Hello @littleBlueberry8129 I understand why you feel that way. Like when one's eating something, one feels like eat it anyways, but just after that, it comes to mind that why did I eat it? This can be an overwhelming thought . Perhaps, my friend, say, if you have three pieces of something, try to eat two, leave one. This way, it might eventually help, if that's possible. No worries, I really hope it gets better with time. It's your life, live it to the fullest :)
