Clothes labels

Clothes being labeled the wrong size can be really triggering for me. I ended up buying something that was too small for me when I tried in on after I got home.

I'm really sorry that this happened to you! Clothing sizes are so frustrating and arbitrary, but they can still have so much power to affect our mood and how we feel about ourselves. If you can, try to remember that sizes are not uniform and it's not your body's fault when things don't fit--you deserve to have clothes that are comfortable regardless of what sizes they may be. Sending good thoughts to you, body changes and buying new clothes is incredibly tough and emotional and I understand the feelings that this brought up for you.
