Coping & Jokes
One thing that has been helping me is coping with jokes. It's really easy for me to get into negative thinking patterns. This month I've been working on using jokes as a distraction tool. So like when negative thoughts start to take over or when my anxiety is really high I try searching up cheesy jokes. I thought we could use this thread to post funny jokes so you can always come here if you're struggling and you can get a good laugh. Sometimes it takes alot of jokes to help me snap out of a funk. For me, it's really hard for ED to takeover when I'm laughing at funny things. Also remember to keep the jokes safe for everyone and appropriate.

Also, once I find a joke I search related animal gifs. It makes you really think about the joke and it's super hard to not laugh at it XD
