I want to be as thin as I can but I keep binging. How do I get clean & empty without shoving anything down my throat

@straightforwardField6651 hi. If you wanna recover you have to get professional help. If you don't wanna recover (as the thread says), you have to get more disciplined. More than that I can't say bc that would be ProAna and that's not allowed in here :)

@straightforwardField6651 I am currently trying to recover from anorexia - the only way i ever felt clean and empty was by abusing laxatives but please please plase do not do that to yourself - i became addicted and have destroyed my kidneys, just drink plenty of water before / during and after food - eat with a small spoon and a smaller plate so it feels like youve eaten more but please try and recover - baby steps i am still trying too

@straightforwardField6651 Recovering is not easy but ultimatly your whole life starts to improve when you do. You have energy and you laugh more. Life seems so incredibly bright and fun, and the future is something to look forward to.
