ED Taking Over My Life

Since it's summer, and i'm out of school i have way fewer distractions from my ED, which means it seems like its affecting my life way more. It feels like when I look back on my day, the only significant things I can pull are what i ate, me avoiding food, what i did to skip a family meal, etc. I have hobbies, and shows i watch, and friends i hang out with, but the thoughts of those things are tainted with my ED. It feels like i'm wasting my life, but i'm honestly far from ready to recover. I miss when i was overweight so losing fast, and my ED almost felt fun

@Pinklsmonade its taking over mine too. I just signed up for an IOP program, thats intensive out patient, where I go for support group once a day and have dinner with other people with eating disorders and I am looking forward to maybe making some bigger progress in my recovery. But yea I'm out of school too and all day long I kinda obsess over my size and my body and my weight its horrible
