Eating Disorder Distraction Activity! Make a Snow Globe!

Hello everyone! Since it is the holiday season we are going to make a simple snow globe! It is very easy to make and you do not need many supplies :)

Supplies:

- Small glass jar

- Small plastic figurine (I used a small Christmas tree and it looks super cute and festive!)

- Glycerine (makes glitter float better but it is optional)

- Small confetti or substancial glitter (fine glitter usually causes clumping)

- Water

- Glue (Gorilla glue or gel super glue seems to work best)

How to make it:

1. Glue and stick your figurine to the inside of the jar lid. Wait about 15 minutes till glue is dry

2. Fill the jar with water and/or glycerine and add 1-2 teaspoons of glitter (if adding glycerine, use 2 teaspoons)

3. Screw the lid on the jar, glue it if you are scared a child could open it

4. You are finished! Post pictures of your final product below :)
