Anyone else suffer with eating issues that are then made worse by the fact your gut can't deal with the fallout? I'm a serial binger/restricter, and it hurts so much but I can't stop...

Uug yes. I can't handle anything super fatty since my gall bladder was removed and of course fat is my bing food :(
