Hello I'm Maz
Hi everyone my name is Maz. I have been on seven cups for a while I dont use it often, i have an eating disorder I've struggled for so long. I focused on trying to get my other mental health better sadly I'm still battling that and it hasn't improved but I've neglected on helping my ED yknow. I havent been doing too well made some bad mistakes over last few days. Idk if I'm allowed to go into what I did so I'll leave it for now. It's nice to be here though. I have been writing a lot of poetry and last night something snapped I lost hope and I wrote a letter. If anyone has any ideas on how I can effectively use my time and help me not focus on the bad things that would be great. I'm an artist so i do alot of creative stuff. Hi There,
When you "wrote a letter," what did you mean? I wrote a letter one time, and it was a suicide note. I got the help I needed, and it was the beginning of an amazing recovery journey.

@MsBrownieBee it was a suicide note it was a poem I wrote and it led into a letter tho the people who love me most my friends. I cant rely on anyone else but them right now but they support me and have been getting me through, it's a struggle I still throw up, but my friends are my chosen family and are my family pretty much and we all are helping each other I'm okay! I'm not okay but I can make it through yknow it's just I cant get help rn but I'm planning on it asap!
I've been doing things to help me tho seeing college councillor opening up more to my friends about how I really feel and how I'm struggling and they are supporting me I've also changed my name and they are supportive if that even tho it isnt legal.
