I know my eating is out of control and ive been reffered for an urgent assessment for an ED and i am terrified because they are going to make me eat and i really really dont want to its so much to handel right now im so scared i feel so sick

I am sorry that you feel so sad and scared, I undestand that it can be really scary to eat again and feel like you have no control, but there is a part of you that knows that the eating disorder is worse and you need help and even if you are scared a parto of you wants that help... one step at a time, just one small step... you can do this, I believe in you.

Thankyou sooo much its just so scary to admit i might have a disorder idk if theyll accept me for an assessment most people dont because im not underweight. :\

being underweight or not shouldnt be the only criteria, an eating disorder is an eating disorder and people suffer from it and should have help no matter their weight! I hope you can find it, dont give up :)
