TRIGGER WARNING

hi! my name's sky (and I don't really know how this works)

so, I think you all know this, but I think it's important to say it anyway, my country (and I think the whole world) is in lockdown.

the lockdown started a few days before for me, but not more than 4 days, anyway.

since it started I haven't been eating like I normally do, and I've also came out (which made me really happy), met a guy and I struggled with other problems.

idk how much I used to weigh exactly but yesterday I tried some clothes I used to wear when I was 12 (I'm 17 now) and they fit me, they didn't use to.

I talked to a friend who used to have anorexia bc I realized I'm having a problem, and she told me to search for help.

I realized I get nervous when I eat, that I lie about when/what/how much I eat or want to eat, that even though I'm hungry I can't eat, that I look at my body, specially my stomach and legs way too much, and that I don't eat, and its not because I don't want to, it's because I can't. my body doesn't let me eat.

anyway, that's it. sorry, i know it's too much.

thank u for reading<3

@ansiedades Hi dear! I really feel sorry for your eating disorder, it's really difficult to deal with it. But a first big step is to recognize that you have it and ask for help, and for this I give you many compliments. I know you will be a warrior and that you will come out of it! Believe in yourself and in all your abilities and strengths. I wish you the best!heart
