How do you support someone who has an eating disorder?

Do you know how your eating disorder started?

What methods/treatmentand supports help you in your recovery?

What triggered my ED was my parents divorce when I was 8 years old. From then I always binge ate, to get rid of the negative feelings. A few years late I became obese and I hated myself, so then I starved myself and eventually developed anorexia.

Anyone who recovers has to WANT to recover. It's hard but you can do it through therapy, perseverance, and communicating with other people. If you, or you know something with an ED (Eating Disorder) please, suggest them to seek therapy or counselling.
