Losing period or pregnant?

Hello all

I am currently freaking out because my period is 5 days late, but we used a condom so im also very confused. I've had atypical anorexia on and off for 10 years (read: i have had months where food hasn't been an issue) and not once has my period been this late. I just relapsed again

Has anyone had the same questions before? If the period is late due to weight loss or due to pregnancy? If so, can you tell the difference? I'm so anxious
