My husband barely eats.
My husband has admitted to me that he knows he doesn't eat enough. He doesn't feel like eating. He might eat once a day, if that. He is a larger guy, close to 300 pounds, so he says that he is fine and will eat when he's hungry. I'm just worried that I'm going to lose him.
What can I do to help him?

Perhaps you may want to try to help him emotianall and not through food...maybe if he says he eats enough once a day, maybe it is true...I only eat one meal a day too and not for some diet but because my body only tells me that...if it is not true and he needs food but rejects it it must be depression and maybe talking and communicating will reveal what is on his mind...in my teens I didn't eat for 3 weeks, just lived on coffee...I was so skinny that my bones and blood vessels were showing...
Maybe talking to him will reveal things but not like : "here, I brought you food, why don't you eat?" Or you feeling guilty that you eat and he is not eating...
When possible try to communicate and find more...
Sure there are medicines for food appetite (I took them when needed), but if he is about 120kg the problem may be inside, the mind or the soul or simply bodily metabolic, the body simply saying I do not need food for now. Many times our own bodies know best what they need or not need...
I wish your care will alleviate...
