Well. Since 4 years ago I started a journey to lose weight. I did it. Now from the pressure of people who see me to skinny wanted me to gain weight. I did it once again. Now I regret all, I regret gaining weight. I feel just disgusted of myself, I feel bad, ugly, want to kill myself because how I look now. I don't even want to live, to eat, I just want to recover my skinny me, not my fat me. My mom calls me silly for that. But I feel like shit right now. I'm crying, I didn't even finish my 'dinner' (brócoli and meat) and now just wanting to live just because of water.

@intuitiveFig1449 You probably heard this a lot already but the truth is that your body doesn't define who you are, it's just your exterior "shell".

You are not going to be a better or worse person if you lose or gain weight, no matter what other people may make you think. We live in a really superficial world and people often judge by looks before getting to know the person behind the body. That shouldn't drive you nor anyone to desperately try to "adjust" their body into whatever shape those kind of people may like, it's highly likely they will never be pleased anyways.

What has much more value than your looks is who you are. Do you consider yourself a good person? Are you a selfless, loving person or an evil one? What could you do to improve yourself as a person? I think those are far more important things to worry about than how you look like on the outside :)

Please don't let those evil people put a label on you solely based on your body, you don't deserve that!
