I've recently found out I'm intolerant to whole egg and cows milk. I found this out after a random and out of the normal night where my food made me sick. This has caused me to have really bad anxiety about eating. I'm afraid whatever I eat will make me sick so I haven't really been eating. I think the symptoms I still have are anxiety or placebo because I have cut the egg and milk completely from my diet and I'm still getting symptoms.

Are you able to go to a doctor and get some allergy/intolerance testing to find out for sure? This might really ease your mind.
Regardless, have you tried doing some mindful meditation or deep breathing exercises, before, after, or during a meal time? I found this to be super helpful when I had my own food anxieties. Sometimes, being able to calm our bodies down from a physiological point can also help the mind.

Yeah I've had the intolerance test done last week. I've been very strict with me diet so I Know the food I'm eating isn't causing the sickness I'm pretty sure it's all down to anxiety and I'm just struggling to control it

Good to know! Then yes, definitely give yourself some slack, for starters. You're trying and it's super important to practice some self compassion. Find some safe foods that you can handle and start from there. Meditation and relaxation practices seem silly and useless but they will help big time in the long run.
