Hi crazy8s.

I’m not diagnosed either and I mainly have anxiety attacks with a few sporadic panic attacks in between. (I feel like there’s a clear difference but haven’t really researched it too much)

I feel like I use the same coping mechanism for both though.

For me I just try to stay mindful and breath. I recognize what’s happening to me, what triggered it and reinforce that it will be okay. I also just take in where I’m at and the details around me. Just staying present.

Mainly just remind myself over and over It will be okay and that I’m safe.

Sometimes I have to keep my hands busy too. Whether it’s messing with something or this horrible tick I have kicks in. Haha.

With my left hand I’m always rubbing my thumb on the far side of my ring finger, repeatedly. (It’s not that horrible but I think it’ll have long term effects on my knuckle.)

However, There’s some moments that are more difficult that others to overcome.

I’m hoping you can find a way that suits you best so you can overcome these moments or at least make them more manageable.

I send you my good vibes and love ❤️
