My mother constantly says I need a larger size in what I am wearing because it looks to small on me. that bothers me. she also says someone my age should not weigh as much as she does. i just dont know what to do anymore. I have been only eating about 400 cals a day and i have told my parents that i need to see my therapist and they wont let me see her and every single time they find out i relapsed they always yell at me and ground me and dont talk to me for about a nother week or even a month. i am scared I am going to die from not eating enough but I cant bring myself to eat more than I do right now. if I dont start getting treatment i am afraid I might die. help what should I do?

Your mother should learn that if one doesn't have anything nice to say, one should just shut the f* up.

@diplomaticLion3335 - you need an action item. Something you CAN actually do. Your references sound like you live at home. Are you in school? Please go to a guidance counselor and ask for help. Or is there a different trusted adult that you can consult? 400 calories, from my education and experience, is going to cause your body to shut down and STORE any extra ounces. The metabolism is like a furnace...it needs fuel to burn. Knowing that, you need an ally to help you in your efforts. Find that guidance counselor or other individual. See if your, then, united front can talk to your folks and see if they'll consider a nutritionist...maybe even your mother can go also. Get the whole family in on eating better and more wisely for longterm health. What do you think?
