Any advice against binge eating?

Any motivation for this would be appreciated, thank you. I don’t even realise I binge eat until it’s after due to stress, and I feel sick to the stomach. How to I divert my attention or realise what I’m doing instantly? I also binge eat because I’m low on energy, so are there any quick, healthy snacks/drinks (caffeine free please) that I can have? It would help with wanting to be more active too, because on my best days I eat well and I’m active walking around 2k steps or more and doing ~10-15 minutes workout, but then the next day I suddenly feel overwhelmed, crash and oversleep and stay sluggish and revert to binge eating again. I don’t like it! Thanks in advance. I want to be healthy.

@LittleHopeInDark Hey, it's great that you have come to 7 Cups for support. I hear what you are going through and I am glad you reached out. Although I am not that familiar with binge eating, I understand what you must be going through. It sounds like you have implemented many great habits when it comes to exercise but what you consider seeking professional help from a registered dietician or nutritionist?
