Binge eating and ed

Hello everyone!

I am fighting with ed since I was 14, now I am 27.

I was anorexic in highschool and now I have a problem with binge eating. Sometimes I eat too much and then I go to the bathroom to throw up. I don’t do that often because I usually can’t throw up forced but I do it when I am super full of food.

Since I was little I’ve had a problem with my body image. Kids used to bully me at school for my body.

Since then I couldn’t stop thinking about losing weight. I feel exhausting. I don’t know what to do.
