Got pregnant in feb 2020, i have a 2.5 yr old and i have gained 45-50 lbs back depending on the day... i have tried little changes like drinking more water- which is not a problem for me... but the food. i am a picky eater. i dont like a lot of veggies... but i will do good for a 1/2 a day or even a whole day and then i will binge on chips, fast food etc.... @southernmomma20

junk food is very addictive! it's the fact and that's why they make it. they want your money. like cigarettes/nicotine. even bread is addictive for me. the only fighting chance i have is to get rid of that from home. if you had an alcoholic at home, you would not keep bottles with alcohol, right?

good luck and stay away from sweet ice tee too, lol. carbs will make you more hungry by releasing insulin.

I understand. My wife does groceries and i have the same problem. At least you can explain that to them. Maybe they can keep their junk food in their place and not the common area?
