I've been recovering from undereating for a while, recently I've been eating 2 meals a day + lots of snacks and I have been doing amazing, I've got some anxiety at the moment and I just can't eat, my body doesn't want me too, I just need to some tips to get my eating back because my sister is coming down next week and I'm going to be quiet busy, I'm mostly okay apart from when I try to eat has anyone got any tips?

When anxiety makes eating difficult, it can feel overwhelming, but it’s important to remember that small steps are okay. Start with easy-to-digest snacks like a smoothie or yogurt, or something simple like crackers, if full meals seem too much. Setting a timer to eat, even if it’s just a few bites, can help create a routine without adding pressure. If you can, try eating with your sister or a friend for support, as being around someone you trust can make the process feel easier.
