Hii
I am a young teen and i struggle with (according to my doctor know it all dad) bulimia nervosa, i feel really optimistic and to be honest, i dont find it as a problem, more like a lifestyle when i can eat and eat and eat and then reverse it all when im doen, i think its because i used to binge alot and u was morbidly obese my whole life, i found a way to pig out an dbe a big fat *** without being fat, i know its wrong, i just dont know how else to do this , advice would really be appreciated and i wuuld love to know if anyone relates, we could for a community and grow and maybe heal together ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ although for some reason, i relapse alot and i dont really plan on stopping, which sucks, so i need someone to convince me to plan on stopping
@blueSpring213 Hi there, thank you for sharing your feelings. I can really hear the conflict you're feeling, you know there's a part of you that recognizes this may not be the healthiest way of coping, but it's also something that feels like it's been part of your life for a long time. It’s important to understand that you're not alone, and there are people who relate to your experiences. Healing from something like this isn’t easy, and it’s okay to take small steps toward it.
It sounds like you’ve found a way to cope, but sometimes those coping mechanisms, even if they seem like they’re working in the moment, can lead to more pain in the long run.
You’re so deserving of kindness and support—please be gentle with yourself as you navigate this journey. You don’t have to do it alone ❤️
