Eating is sometimes a pain, sometimes I feel like not eating because it's so annoying to eat. I also lost a lot of body fat and muscle which is unfortunate. I've gotten used to not eating as much which is terrible because I'm working out as well. Ita difficult to get your protein in when you really can't stomach a lot. And it's not lke there's something wrong with the food, I just don't feel like eating. Does anyone else relate?

My food journey has been up and down but now I'm in a better headspace because I understand myself more and food is not as evil as I thought.

The times that you don't have a big appetite or are particularly struggling but need to line your tummy, I would keep it simple.

Soups, yoghurts, smoothies, milkshakes. Focus on foods or drinks that you do like, even if it's as simple as cereals or sandwiches.

We all need food to fuel our bodies and it's great that you are working out too but your body needs that nutrition to keep going :)
