Yeah sometimes i had this feeling after each meal, just want to force the food out. You can share this but not with anyone, be so careful who you share with.

I get why you’d feel that way—so many people worry that reaching out makes them look like they’re just wanting attention, but honestly asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Everyone deserves support, including you, and needing it doesn’t make your struggles any less real. The truth is, the people who care about you would much rather know what you’re going through than have you carry it all alone.
