Idk
I am scared of telling anyone that i force the food out after every meal because i don’t want them to think that i want attention

Please tell them... Speaking up (and writing it out) makes everything lose its power. <3 *hugs*
Yeah sometimes i had this feeling after each meal, just want to force the food out. You can share this but not with anyone, be so careful who you share with.
I get why you’d feel that way—so many people worry that reaching out makes them look like they’re just wanting attention, but honestly asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Everyone deserves support, including you, and needing it doesn’t make your struggles any less real. The truth is, the people who care about you would much rather know what you’re going through than have you carry it all alone.

@considerateCranberry3275 Hey cran. You telling someone doesn't mean you're seeking attention. You're looking for help and in all honesty that takes a lot courage. You're going to get through this 🫂
