Is it safe to say I have an eating disorder?

I’m not diagnosed, but I have a love-hate relationship with food. I HATE my body, im being called lazy by my father which just ruins my motivation to even go to the gym. My mom tends to cook a lot and I go out often with friends to eat, however every single time, I end up in the bathroom, kneeling down on the toilet trying to “spit” everything back out. I feel a massive amount of guilt flow through me whenever I binge eat. It can be really bad, I either eat too much or not eat at all, which is so annoying.

You probably do have a disorder, but as always, it's not directly related to food. Your family has some issues with healthy, adequate relationships, right? And of course, you listen to your parents, trying to do something to fit their vision. But listen. Parents see the world through their own eyes. The world, their children, and their children's problems. If you think you want to take up sports, you have a right to do so. Your desire is the only thing that matters. Don't let other people, even your closest ones, label you. Of course, it's easy to consider yourself lazy if you want to confirm it. But just as easily, maybe a little more difficult, you can deny it. It's hard to give up your parents' food, but you have the right to eat as much as you need to so you don't have to spit it all out. I wish you the best of luck in achieving your goals and being strong within yourself. Hang in there!

@rikaslovakiaIt sounds like your relationship with food has been really painful and confusing for you. Feeling guilt, pressure from family, and struggling with bingeing or restricting must be exhausting. You are not alone in experiencing this, and it makes sense that it affects both your body and your motivation. Sharing how you feel here shows a lot of courage.
