Is this considered a ED?
Sometimes I overeat, sometimes I barely eat. Lately, when I eat too much, I drink a lot of water and throw up on purpose. I felt really guilty those times. I'm not fat, but I feel like I am. I know I'm not super skinny either.

this definitely is concerning. what you’ve described shows patterns of unhealthy behavior with food, including bingeing, restricting, and purging. although i am not qualified to diagnose you, it does seem like these behaviors fit the criteria for some form of an eating disorder. seeking professional help from a psychologist or psychiatrist is really important not just to get a proper diagnosis, but more importantly to get the support and treatment you need to overcome this difficult mental illness, assuming that is what it is.
this might be a bit off topic, but wanting to be “super skinny” is not something necessary for a healthy life. in fact, trying to become that thin can seriously harm your physical and mental well-being. you’ve probably felt that after episodes of bingeing and purging or from extreme hunger caused by restriction. it’s really good that you acknowledged you’re not overweight. often, when someone isn’t at a high bmi but still “feels fat,” it’s not really about their body (likely doesn't feel this way right now) it’s about feeling out of control. and the desire to control something, anything, right away can lead to these harmful behaviors.
remember, you deserve help and healing, and there are people who want to support you through this. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. 💙✨
