Hello everyone! I'm new to this platform. Hello everyone! I'm new to this platform. I've been struggling with this problem for about three years on my own. Yesterday, I finally took the step of talking to someone about it. And I discovered this wonderful website. Thanks to everyone who is listening and thanks to this forum for making this all more enjoyable 💗

Heyyyy glad you made it! I'm Kiara. I have an ED too, so I understand. <3
Tell us more about you? You'll make lots of friends here <3
*hugs*
Hiii Kiara, Thanks for the message, I started doing not-so-good things to dramatically change. And you, Kiara, tell me about yourself and your problem. If you're willing, I'll listen. Hugs 🫂💖
Not so good?
I overeat, at almost every meal.
Hey, I understand, I really do. Sometimes it's hard to control that, and it can feel super frustrating. The important thing is that you're seeing the problem, and that's a step forward. If you want to talk or just let it all out, I'm here.
Regarding your question, I spent about two years taking everything to the extreme. I started by not eating breakfast, then I skipped my afternoon snack, and so on until I practically didn't eat anything and then I threw it up. It was hard.
Awww thank you <3
Are you still dealing with it? That sounds painful :(
You are welcome 😊
More or less, I have already controlled something but it still continues More or less, I have already controlled something but it still continues.
Do you have a nutritionist?
I don't have a nutritionist
Why not ask your doctor? <3
I'm afraid to tell my circle about something. I'm afraid to tell my circle about something and obviously I haven't been to any doctor because it is something difficult to get out
Are there online groups you can join? My doctor showed me some
Ohh, really?? It will be similar to this app, I suppose, right?
No, it’s more like Zoom or in-person. Ask your doctor if they offer that :)
@natalia1034
Not to interrupt, if you're in the US, there's ANAD which holds zoom support groups!
Are they free??? <3
@jesusredeemedme2425 I've just looked into ANAD - "free, virtual, peer-led support groups for ED". I'm a big proponent of support groups so I've linked to them below:

Thank you, sweet Demi <3
Heyy! I'm Parker and I've had an ED for about 4 years. I was formally diagnosed with Bulimia Nervosa (BN) about 2 years ago. I just relapsed a few weeks ago and have been trying to dig myself out of it. I'm 17 and going to college in the fall after graduating high school a year early a month ago.
Hey Parker!
Thank you for sharing what you're going through, really. I'm about your age—well, a year older than you, haha. I'm so glad to know you're working on your recovery. I know it's not easy to start over after a relapse, but little by little you'll get better, I'm sure of that.
I think it's so admirable that you're keeping going and that you're about to start college. I wish you all the strength and the best in this process.
Best of luck! 🫂
@natalia1034
Thanks! I hope to see you around the chat rooms once I turn 18
@natalia1034
Welcome, and thank you for sharing that with us. It takes a lot of strength to open up, especially after carrying something for so long on your own. I’m really glad you found this space and took that first step toward healing. You’re not alone here, and we’re glad to have you. 💗
