I thinku eating disorder is starting to come back because I'm not eating as much. I either don't eat at all or I only eat dinner and if I do eat dinner I only eat a little bit. Which I felt like this last year around this time due to being stressed and taking care of everyone but myself. And I'm trying so hard not to but I just feel like it's coming back and Im just looking for advice on what to do because I'm skinny enough as it is so I'm scared that if it continues it's gonna really hurt me.

@Selenaflores101

I’m really proud of you for recognizing what’s happening and reaching out because that takes strength, especially when you're feeling this low and overwhelmed. What you’re describing doesn’t just sound tough, it is tough. And you're not alone in this, even if it feels that way right now.

It makes so much sense that this is resurfacing when you’re under stress and putting everyone else before yourself. You're human, and when your world starts to feel too heavy, old coping mechanisms can sneak back in. But the fact that you're aware, scared, and trying not to go down that path again? That means something. That means you're fighting even if it doesn’t feel like it yet.

Please remember: your body deserves nourishment. You deserve care. You deserve love and support, just as much as anyone you look after. It’s not selfish to feed yourself, to rest, or to say, “I need help too.” If anything, it’s brave.

If you can, try talking to someone you trust a therapist, a doctor, or even a friend who really gets you. Even setting a small goal like one nourishing meal a day or keeping snacks nearby can be a gentle start. Be kind to yourself. No pressure to be perfect just take one breath, one bite, one step at a time.

You are not “too much,” and you are not alone in this. You are worthy of recovery and peace. I’m here if you ever need to talk through it more, okay?
