Recovery Alone

i have been self recovering from an eating disorder for 3 months now and i believe i should have some support and help. people close to me know like my parents and friends and i do have a therapist but the therapist is for anxiety so we don’t talk about eating disorders. i didn’t tell my mom i was recovering but i never told her about my eating struggles in the first place when i was struggling she just assumed. i dont feel like i could get help through her because if i ask for help after being “fine” for 3 months she will think ive fallen into old habits again when i really just need assistance. she’s not a person i can talk to about many things and neither is my dad. my recovery journey has been good so far with no relapse or too many thoughts of relapsing. for what i rember starting recovery was easy for me and currently im eating how i once was before. i still order the grilled chicks rather then the fried chicken at restaurants and take water over sugary drinks but i don’t have those thoughts of not being able to have butter or the thought of having one fry will make me overweight. i am happy that im recovering and i feel recovered but from what i know it cant be that easy especially not when i just one day randomly decided to recover. i still eat some “diet foods” like i did when i was sick mabye for comfort of the feeling that if i eat them then i wont gain weight. i was 100% struggling with an eating disorder because i had many mental thoughts and physical things but it was really only for a year maybe year and a half which is why i feel so invalid and it dosnt help that im recovering alone when there’s people who follow strict plans. i feel fake for just deciding to eat and after 3 months i feel recovered. and i supposed to feel this way? how can i get help and for what? i need opinions thanks so much
