It's good you are asking these questions 🩷🤗
It's important to eat everything healthy, or unhealthy in moderation, that's what's key 🩷

Yes. For me I look at the food in my kitchen and it’s like I don’t know what to eat or want to eat and then I just say never mind. I’ll constantly look and never find anything and other times I eat too much. I feel like I’m in a constant state of back and forth. Most times I find I do eat less often. I’m also trying to get past my anxiety by commenting. No one can see me or knows me but I might as well be in a room of strangers. It took me a long time decide to actually comment.
Thank you j hope you get better as well. I never realized I had a problem with eating. It took me growing up to see it. I also realized it stimmed a lot from how my mother and siblings would make fun of me when I was just a kid and had big old round belly of baby fat. I know now that’s normal to have but I guess it still affect me in day to day life.
Gurl I get it my parents are like that too when I used to be smaller they would body shame ne even though I wasn't even fat i just had a round belly that would get a bit bloated aftwr food then go back to normal but they would just say that to scare me from being fat and even now they tell me are u gonna eat all that whenever I'm eating and when I don't eat that much they lecture me on how bad that is
Ugh I hear you and I see you. My parents were toxic from the day the dated then got married and had kids. My mother coming from a racist white family to my dad coming from black family that believes he did no wrong. No one ever taught me how to care for myself from basic needs and up. Today I still struggle with my hair it’s a dry knotted mess on my head cause I get overwhelmed with it and just put it in a bun and forget about it. When I do find the energy to do it I brush it out ripping a lot of hair out and just straighten it to mage it even though it kills my hair and it’s just a cycle that goes round and round. Now I have a 3yr old son with hair just like mine that I struggle to manage. No matter what products I use or videos I watch his hair is just as dry as mine. Sometimes parents are the worst and i aim to be better then mine and I know I’ve done that by acknowledging my son has feelings and that’s just one minor thing.
I totally get it. I’m sorry you have to go through that. Just remember it’s not the end of the line. You have so much ahead of you. You control your life and take the world by storm one day at a time. I know you don’t need me to say but I will, I’m proud of you for realizing the toxicity around you. It took me too long to cut off contact with my family and kept going back because I was desperate for that love from my family. I do not have any contact with my family now. My husband takes care of me and encourages me to be my best self and is patient with me. You deserve nothing but the best and believe you will shine bright and emanate strength and resilience. You ARE. A powerful force. I believe in you. If you need someone to talk to I will be here. Keep shining 💜
