friendly reminder that people struggle in silence.

People with ED's still eat, and can be all different sizes just because you see someone act normal around food doesn't mean they don't struggle

Fell free to reach out if you need anything 💓

@sss4raThat’s a really important and compassionate reminder. Eating disorders can be hidden struggles, and people of all sizes and appearances can be affected. It’s so kind of you to offer support—sometimes just knowing someone cares can make a big difference. If you or anyone else ever needs to talk or get help, don’t hesitate to reach out. You’re not alone. 💖

@sss4ra

hi ! This is great reminder because now in our society, a lot of people like to label eating disorders with a certain stereotype, which is very horrible to people suffering with this disorder and can only fuel  it, it truly is important to recognize that disorders come in all shapes and sizes, regardless of someone’s behavior in front of you because we do not know what’s going on behind closed door. It’s also a reminder to be kind and to be there for your loved ones to make sure that they’re not suffering alone in the darkness thank you for this friendly reminder

kind regards,
