Hi,
I'm new to 7 cups. I'm not diagnosed with an eating disorder but I know I have a problem with restricting my eating. I'm also battling years of self harm, depression, anxiety, PTSD from childhood trauma, OCD, and more things I can't name. I don't know what else to say, but if you have questions feel free to ask
