hi I'm maria, I have anorexia and this might sound weird but I think binge eating disorder now more than anorexia but it's sort of progressing back to ana?? maybe I went on a binge for like a month or soemthing if that's possible honestly have no idea im not getting any help for it even though I was supposed to so now im just kind of lost and floating and feeling way way too vulnerable. also dont really know how to like post things here so

Hello Maria, it happens pretty often that binge drinking and anorexia alternate between one another. What kind of help have you requested? Maybe talking to someone one to one might be useful for you. It might be also useful to identify when you engage in behavior connected to the eating disorder (for example, when you feel stressed or overwhelmed). This way you can find alternative ways to cope with these situations. I hope my answer helped at least a bit. Take care.
