@Howegeorgia20 Hey there and thank you for sharing. The journey to recovery from an eating disorder is long and challenging. If not expeted, I'd say it is very common that you'll have bad days and that not all treatment methods will work immediately. Take it one step at a time and don't give up. Listeners are always available if you want to talk further about it. Through talking you may be able to clear your thoughts and even find out why things didn't go as expected and find other alternatives. We're all here for you. Don't give up and you'll make it eventually!
