(Potential) Trigger forewarning of mentioning : binging

May 12th, 2021

**This content may be triggering to some, binging but there are no numbers/ behaviors that are against the guidlines mentined in this**

After much research and dr visits and so forth...I finally relaized I had been mostly lying to myself about my behaviors with regards to food.

I had not factored in or openly admitted to anyone that I was really eating more junk food than I would admit.

I wanted to blame everything on every other thing that was related to other health matters instead of being as honest with myself about my binging habits.

Still, I feel a bit dirty and gross that I allowed myself this, to hide snacks and things, eating alone...Sneaking to eat all the junk that I don't need.

The biggest truth was realizing that I needed to work on re-configuring to a genuinely healthy relationship with food as something to be enjoyed and as fuel for myself. That this can be done in a safe, sensible way.

I'm struggling a bit about it, but realizing what I'm really doing to keep myself off course, as it's not necessarily right or wrong. I could just do better.

Just some thoughts and being more honest about where my progress is and what I need to do in order to do better.
